By accessing or using the Ghaseel platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Ghaseel is a digital platform that connects users with home service providers in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain, including but not limited to:

  • Home cleaning services
  • Car washing and detailing
  • Maintenance services
  • Other related services

3. Registration and Account

To use our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws
  • Use the service for any fraudulent or harmful purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Post abusive, harmful, or illegal content

5. Payment and Fees

Prices are displayed in local currency (KWD, SAR, BHD). We accept the following payment methods:

  • KNET
  • Visa and Mastercard
  • Apple Pay
  • MADA
  • Cash payment (where available)

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it is confirmed by the service provider. After confirmation, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time by following these steps:

iOS App:

  1. Open the app and navigate to "Profile"
  2. Tap on "Settings"
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts

Android App:

  1. Open the app and navigate to "Profile"
  2. Tap on "Settings"
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts

When you delete your account, all personal data will be removed from our servers within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.

Ghaseel acts as an intermediary platform only. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by independent service providers. You use the service at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes through the app or email.
